Your %CODEBASE% and %ARCHIVE%
[Quoted] need to be set up
Do you have the CODEBASE set up ?
You need to create a virtual directory and point that to the code base On NT it usually points to ORACLE_HOME\forms60\java
Then set the CODEBASE param in the cartridge to the vdir name you created
ARCHIVE usually is set to /virtual_dir_you_just_created/f60all.jar (if you're using Forms 6)
