WEBDB Site Colors do not appear on user machine

Hi.
I have a WEBDB Web Site that I have developed for my client. It is set up with a navigation bar, banner bar and contents page. Each section has a unique color like blue, red etc....Whenever the client types the home site in their URL, the background colors are ingored only the text colors appear. Is there something I did not make public?
