You'll need Personal Oracle 8i
As frontend you have an host of options. You could use Designer/Developer
You could use JDeveloper which seems to be the Java version of Developer You could use Visual Basic with Oracle Objects for OLE (included with PO8i) You could use Visual C++ with Oracle Objects for OLE You could use WebDB (to develop websites) Most of these products can be downloaded from htttp://technet.oracle.com
