You might be able to set a variable (a parameter most likely) to flag that this is the user who gets to see the trailer page.
Then, add conditional formatting a frame you would place around the entire trailer. When the formatting is false, then the whole trailer page (hopefully) be empty and not be printed.
If that doesn't work, you could perhap build your trailer page as a section in a frame inside the body, and again, use conditional formatting. The properties of the frame would be such that it would cause a new page first, and its position would be at the end of all the other reporting frames, so the effect would be just like a trailer page.
