Re: Workflow : Wait Activity & Background Engines

Check that the Oracle Server JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES parameter is defined in the server init.ora file
and has value >= 1.

(J'ai beaucoup pratiqué Oracle Workflow, je suis interessé par ton avis)
