Problem access a webdb site

Hi,
A web site has been built with webdb. Since the upgrade of
webdb that has been made few days ago , it is impossible to
access the site anymore, neither from the url , from webdb
or even to the administration tool.
If anybody know why , or which files I can look in, please
tell me
