Reports 6 create dynamic title problem Urgent !

I want to create a report (based on a template) where I can pass the title
as a parameter from Forms.
To pass the parameter to my report is no problem.
But, can I define a field in my report template, that I can use in my
report.
So, with fields (or text items) must I declare in my report or in my
template.
