Testing Reports 6.0 from WEBDB

I want to test my report 6.0 report from a link within WEBDB. I am trying to use RWRUN60 - report,userid etc... to run the report. If I type that into the netscape URL, it tells me it can not find the file. If I type that into IE, it works and executes fine. If, I however, create a text link, like test which has a hyperlink to the executable etc... it says the page can not be found???? Is there something else I can try!!!
