Need help for Developer 2000

I need help for Developer2000. The problem is the application sometimes shows "The program performs an illegal operation and will be shut down" when I open an application program developed by Forms 5.0. I think the problem is caused by some dll file conflict with Windows 95 4.00.950B. Is't correct? Is there any solution for this problem?
