If you've mastered Access you're at least 2% of the way towards mastering Oracle. To start go to the Oracle web site and register yourself as a developer. Then go to the Oracle documentation and read the concepts manual. This gives you a very good overview of Oracle. The manual assumes you already know all your general database concepts.
