Linking WEBDB with Reports 6.0

WEBDB documentation states that there is an RW_ADMINISTRATOR role that I need to assign to my Admin user to give WEBDB access to the Reporting files. I don't see this role at all in the list of roles to assign to a user. Is there a script I need to run? Is there something I did not install when I installed WEBDB? What am I missing?
