OCA Upgrade

Hi,

I've installed Oracle Designer and Oracle 8i Lite on the same box. When I try to connect to the sample database "POLite" using SQL*Plus, I get the error message "OCA-30002: ubofscr function not supported". According to the Oracle Lite release notes, I have to upgrade the Open Client Adapter (OCA) by unzipping the file OCA605290.zip on the Oracle Lite CD. This file is missing.

Where can I find OCA605290.zip?
Is there another way to fix this?
