Designer (Error)

When clicking the tab attributes (when editing an entity in ERD) I get the following error:

The instruction at "0x0000001c" referenced memory at "0x0000001c". The memory could not be "read".

Is there a solution for this problem or do I just have to reinstall my windows? Thanks in advance...
