I installed oracle enterprise manager client on my windows 98 with personal oracle 8i.. But it seem that the server manager must be install on another server, so it means that I must connect to a server and so, I cannot use enterprise manager..
Can I do something to use it anyway, and create the repository table into the personal oracle database (local database)..???
