WebDB and frame driver problem

Can someone, please, tell me how to write a query that will populate the target frame in a frame driver in WebDB. I want to pass the selection (value) from
a combobox in the upper (driving) frame as an argumant to a plsql-procedure, something like:

This procedure should then write the result in the target frame,
By the way, the Oracle documentation on webdb, anyone who knows a better documentation with more examples??
