Yes, there are two in particular.
1. Feuerstein's Oracle PL/SQL Programming 2. Urman's 1996 Oracle PL/SQL ProgrammingIn addition, there are two books that will be out in March 2000: 1. Feuerstein's PL/SQL Developer's WORKBOOK 2. Rosenweig??'s PL/SQL Interactive WORKBOOK. I would assume the last two are more of tutorial type books in that they give problems and examples for the reader to work through.
