I have a few suggestions:
First use www.deja.com or some other usenet archiver to search for your answer before posting. I've found 3 answers to problems using that method in the last 2 days alone. Your question has been asked many times before.
Second, at our site we enjoy tools from www.quest.com and www.embarcadero.com. Read their stuff, download and evaluate.
