Anybody using JDeveloper for "serious" applications?

Excuse this somewhat vague question, but I was wondering if somebody could briefly state their experiences using Oracle JDeveloper 2.0/3.0 for "enterprise-wide application development" - particularly as an alternative to Oracle Developer?
