Yes, I created a public synonym.
On my form there is a button called 'Search'. Everything
happens in a 'when-button-pressed'-trigger attached to
this button: I create a string and then with a set_block_property
I give that string to the block as default where.
Directly after that follows the execute_query.
I'm not sure what you mean with default triggers. I never used
user named triggers. Attached to this special block is
no trigger at all.
Anyway the form is complex. You are right, it might be a
good idea to create a simple form with this view as a
base table for testing purposes. I will try...
