open FORM.fmb from database

I have a form (poject - Forms 6.0) stored in the database. I tried to open
it with command:
c:\orawin95\bin\ifbld60 module=myform userid=username/password_at_service
module_type=FORM module_access=DATABASE
I received message: "FRM-10043: Cannot open file".
Why ? But a form there is in the datatbase. Did I do somthing wrong?
I will be grateful for help
