Oracle DBA needed

My North Dallas client needs an Oracle DBA.

This is a contract-to-perm assignment, and requires citizenship or a green card.

Description:
The Oracle DBA will be responsible for designing, developing, and administrating a high performance, high availability ORACLE database. The system will make use of most of the advanced 8I features such as Data Cartridges, Java Stored Procedures, and OO extensions. Required Experience:
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated expertise designing and deploying
high availability databases,
database optimization (design) and tuning (deployment) experienced using Object Oriented Concepts. Education Requirements:
BS in CS or equivalent experience
Skills:
Successful candidate must be able to
design and implement database environments (tables, tablespaces, security, etc...),
plan production database capacities,
develop ORACLE solutions (stored procedures, triggers, integrity maintenance), and
develop Java, C++, and Web interfaces to ORACLE.
