WebDB 2.1 Question

I suspect something with tnsnames.ora along with initial configuration with
the
http://whatever.com/admin_/gateway.htm file. I'm also browsing the sql.log
to see what is going wrong. Before I bash my head any more, does anyone have
some quick pointers?
