help with OAS 3.0.0.17.0 --> 4.0.7 migration

Hello,
I've never done this before... so I was wondering if anyone could point me to places where I can read up on step-by-step procedures/best practices on how to migrate from Oracle Application Server 3.0.0.17.0 to 4.0.7.
Here's a little background info on what I need to do --
- Currently Oracle 7.2.2 DB on prod machine (Sun Ultra 2 Server, SOLARIS
2.5.1)
- Migrated to Oracle 8i DB on test machine (Sun E4000 Server, SOLARIS 2.6)
- Currently OAS v3.0.0.17.0 on prod machine
- Need to upgrade to 4.0.7 on test machine
What's the best way to do this? Only procedures I can compare it to is how I migrated the DB (using full DB export & import)
