Webdb Install Fails on NT

I have tried to Install WEBDB on a client machine and on a server machine ....Both fail on trying to run plus80.exe.....The program is their and runs fine from

This is webdb 2.2 with Oracle 8.1.5 on NT, servic pack 6 Received on Wed Feb 02 2000 - 17:15:11 CET
