Cross referencing a PL-SQL application

We need to build a cross reference table for our PL-SQL application
(working on Oracle 7)
So the questions are:
- - Is there any such tool available, with processable output,
preferrably
- - If not, is there a parser with a PL=SQL grammar souch a cross
referencing tool; just an LL(k) grammar for PL-SQL would do.
