You can also go back into the registry and delete all other oracle entries. Use the directory as the search string. It should be "c:\orawin95" if you installed to the c: drive. Once all these entries have been deleted, copy your tnsnames.ora and any other working files to a temporary directory then delete the oracle directory.

Re-installation should work after you have done this.
