I,ve installed oracle 8i and Oracle Application Server in the defference
oracle homes
after that I' ve Try to start OAS it give error
"Please wait while the command is being processed on host acap-acap ...
Starting ORB processes...
Returning filename D:\Oracle_app\orb\admin\.event
waiting for ORB to be ready...
ORB is not responding. Please restart manually...
OWS-20214: The OAS processes can not be started, because the CORBA orb
processes can not be started."
I coun't start up OAS
