How much for Oracle 8 and MS-SQL 7 ?

Hi,
I am planning to add another database server and would like to find out how much it would cost to purchase Oracle 8.1.5 Enterprise Edition. I went to the Oracle Store web site (http://oraclestore.oracle.com/) and determined that for a dual 400 mhz NT server, the database server would cost an incredible $22,275 !
Can this be correct ?
Also, I have heard the MS-SQL Server costs a great deal less. Where can I find out how expensive it is ?
