WebDB 2.2 and OAS 4.0.7.1 Cartridge

D9EDD0270000-D928-E000-1C35429101F2 has internal error due to Error 4511. `

Anybody has any ideas? The WebDB cartridge is supposed to be in production in WebDB 2.2. It didn't work in previous releases to which [Quoted] Oracle said that the cartridge was still beta.

Any help will be appreciated
