Forms 4.5 Tab order

I understand that the "default" order is the tab order [Quoted] unless you use "next item" and "previous item". My problem is that I have [Quoted] added a field to the form and that field is now acting like it's the "first [Quoted] item" - how can I modify this so that the previously chosen "first item" is still first? And, on a related note, what is the "default" tab order; where can I view/change that?
