Upon updating an image into the database, I get this error:

ORA-28575: unable to open RPC Connection to external procedure agent
ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve service name
ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORDIMG_PKG", line 420
ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORDIMAGE", line 25
ORA-06512: at "SET_PRODUCT_PIC", line 23
ORA-06512: at line 1

any ideas? It obviously had to connect to the database to display the image which is being updated.
