Re: Migrating Forms 4.5 to 6.0.5 : GPF!!

OK, fine, I'll answer my question myself :-)

Forms 6 doesn't like the Forms 4.5 Block Item's Visual Attribute "Custom". I had to change all items using a Custom Visual Attribute and set it to some pre-defined Visual Attribute (or the Default one) and then it upgraded fine in Forms 6.
