reports server and reports cgi ( rwcgi60)

[Quoted] This question is related to the Oracle Reports Server (rwmts60) and Reports CGI (rwcgi60) of Oracle Developer 6.0.

The 'reports cgi' that i have installed works fine ( generates reports ) [Quoted] for PDF and DELIMITED types of DESFORMAT. But it throws out the following error for HTML and HTMLCSS types of DESFORMAT.

  REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.

It does not give any more information! I have no clue as to what is wrong with installation or configuration. I couldn't get any instant help from Oracle Corp. too on this. I would appreciate if anyone who came across this problem before would share their opinions/solutins on this with me.

Another Question on the rwcgi60, how do we know what 'content type' it is passing with the different types of documents (PDF, DELIMITED, HTML etc) to the web server? The content-type is a term defined inside a HTML header to indicate the type of document being transmitted using HTTP. Eg. HTML/TEXT, HTML/IMAGE, APPLICATION/EXCEL etc.

Lastly, is there a way we could configure the reports cgi to pass the content-type of our choice when it is delivering HTML/TEXT to the web server. eg. to APPLICATION/EXCEL instead HTML/TEXT
