URGENt Problem importing some data with SQL Loader

Hello,
I currently using SQL Loader to import data from SQL Server 6.5 to Oracle 8.i
I have the following problem:
Some Tables in SQL Server 6.5 have Text Columns (more than 255 caracters ). When I start importing with SQL Loader an error occurs, because of these columns. I try to use a CLOB column under Oracle but it's not working too.
