How to specify the "#TITLE#, #HEADING# ..." in WebDB templates

Hi,
how can I specify the parameters #TITLE#, #HEADING# in WebDB ver. 2.1.0.9 outside of the wizards?
I am new with WebDB and use an unstructered template and can't figure out where to define the heading for the web site.
