I have had the same problem an have found a patch at the oracle Japan server.

It´s fix the problem with WinNT 4.0 SP4 but it works also with SP5 and SP6.

But i dont no understand japanese so i dont no anything over this Patch. But you should try it because i would not open my server for everyone.
