Support for ActiveX/COM?

As a complete novice to the Oracle development environment, can anyone tell me if Forms has support for programmable ActiveX controls? I have an application which is delivered as a set of ocx's, which I can integrate into a VB environment. I want to be able to do the same with Forms.
