FTP Bean

So i need to do these steps  (i've understood so) :

• I need to write a Java wrapper class.
• I need to create my custom JAR.
• I need to sign it with ORACLE DEVELOPER certificate.
• Then i can write PLSQL trigger to communicate with my wrapper class.

Are these the steps or I'm missing something ?
