Migration forms 3 to 4.5 resource file

I'm looking for informations on the migration of Forms 3 to 4.5.

At the moment I'm doing a conversion of the old 3.0 version resourse files (.r), and try to make the new 4.5 version resource files (.res). But as there's no manual for the program Oraterm23 nor for T23des. Is there a possibility that you might know some sort of manual for this conversion process?
