Help with 'FRM-13008: Cannot find JavaBean'

I am trying to introduce JavaBeans in Forms 6.0. Every time setting the implementation class property for BeanArea item , I get an error FRM-13008: Cannot find JavaBean. It looks that forms Builder can't find .class files, though the Java classes are stored in the correct package structure and are under FORMS60_JAVADIR. Both CLASSPATH and PATH have JAVADIR and JDK entries.

I'll be very appreciate on any idea
