Retrieve LONG RAW data

I am trying to retrieve LONG RAW data from an Oracle database (8.0.5).

I am trying to retrieve LONG RAW data from an Oracle database (8.0.5).
I have created a table that includes a LONG RAW field, and use OLE to insert some PDF, TIF, DOC-files etc. I need these files to be retrieved and stored on the local disk using Pro*C/C++, but I am not sure how it can be done. If someone could tell me where I can find examples, or explain to me how this can be done I would be forever grateful.
