Forms Help: commit 1 block on a 2 block form

I have 2 database blocks on a form - head_block (table name is tab_head) and item_block (tab_item). The 2 tables are master/detail.

[Quoted] i want to be able to commit the records in each of these tables separately. When I press F10 while at Head_block, i want only tab_head [Quoted] table to be commited and vice versa.

How do I do that??
