My lov can't fetch over 182 record

Dear all
My form version is 5.0.6.16.0
I make a Lov base on a record group
the sql is done well in SqlPlus
but not Form, when I show this LOV
the Form will be closed autometically.
And I do a test that I find if my record exceed 182 rows
the Form will be closed, Who Can Help Me, Thanks
