This is incorrect! It should be: FORMS60_MAPPING=/webtemp

That is also incorrect! It should be: FORMS60_OUTPUT=D:\ORANT\WEBTEMP
The trailing slash caused the problem.
Now I have next problems. When I try to do any report, I get:
REP-0110: Unable to open file 'temp_file' REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
Is there some privilege which Developer Server requires to create some files on disk?
Please help.
