Tool to select down PK/FK chain?

I need to identify a tool to allow me to select data from tables where the first table's PK becomes 25,000 entries five tables down the schema.

I'd like to be able to select all of this data and have the data written to insert statements for all the appropriate tables.

This is looking like a nasty job, so any pointers would be appreciated.
