Problems running Database Admin Assistant on NT

Hi

I'm just insalled Oracle 8 on NT workstation Version 4.

While the database works fine, I can't run the "Oracle Administration Assistant for Windows NT"

When I select the program in the start menu, nothing happens.

What can I do to solve the problem?
