Oracle on MS NT Clustering Servers ?

I have several questions regardsing to using Oracle on NT Clustering. I hope you cloud help :
- Can Oracle be running on NT Clustering Servers ?
- Do we need to buy "Special version of Oracle" or "Special Oracle [Quoted] option module" ? ( What are htey ? )
- How is the system should work ( in term of Oracle Client/Server Applications) if we have TWO NT Server Clustered to each other ?
- Any suggestions on using Oacle on NT Clustering on Fault Tolerent Features ?
