Take a look at Pine Cone Systems www.pine-cone.com .
Precise Software Solutions www.precisesoft.com .
BMC Software www.bmc.com
and of course Oracle Enterprise Manger from Oracle.
Pine Cone have some interesting tools which are new to the market:
DATA CONTENT TRACKER
DATA USAGE TRACKER plus others.
