table differences script generator

Hi,
Does anyone know a tool that compares two schemes (only table content-differences) and generates a sql-script (inserts, updates, deletes) that modifies the tables of scheme 2 to be the same as in scheme 1?
it should run on a sun solaris 2.6 machine by a batch script (command line)
