Anyone here recommend a solution that goes through the redo logs to show an administrator what data in a database has changed, by whom, when, etc..

Anyone here recommend a solution that goes through the redo logs to show an administrator what data in a database has changed, by whom, when, etc..
The whitepaper on LogMiner looks like that's the tool. however it only runs on 8i. Has anyone used logminer, and what tools are out there for earlier versions of oracle....
